Order before 11am EST, Monday-Friday, and your order is baked & shipped the following business day.*

Shipping Information:

We ship to continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.

It will be the sender’s responsibility to cover the expenses for reshipment of a gift if we were provided an incorrect or incomplete address. Addresses must be compliant with USPS data.

All items are subject to availability.

In an effort to ensure that your gift arrives on time, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value, at the same cost.

Appalachia Cookie Company will do everything in its power to ensure that products arrive on time, however, once product has been transferred to the shipping carrier any delays are out of our control and thus the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed; they are based on the time and date the order was placed, our production/lead times and UPS' quoted/estimated transit times.

* If you order before 11am (EST) Monday-Friday please add one business day to the shipping times listed. If you order after 11am (EST) Monday-Friday please add two business days to the shipping times listed. Remember, Appalachia Cookie Company bakes your order fresh and are definitely worth the wait.

ALL MERCHANDISE AND RETAIL GOODS:

All of our merchandise is manufactured by a third party, "PRINTIFY". Their shipping and return policy is as follows:

"By default, Printify only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Printify Credits.

Printify only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of capturing the right information from your customers.

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Printify directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.

If your customer received a different item than they ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact our customer care team with all the information required in this Order Issue Submission Form: https://printify.typeform.com/to/DeUfqu."
