These are awesome. The texture is remarkable, and consistent throughout: smooth, creamy and slightly moist from the cream cheese. They're the perfect level of sweetness; just as a piece of cheesecake, the main flavor is the slightly savory cream cheese, and the sweetness accentuates, but does not overwhelm.
