It's back... and better than ever... This brown sugar based dough is packed full of cinnamon maple flavor, and sure, we loaded it with some dark chocolate chunks. One heaping potion of all of the bacon (I'm afraid you misheard us, not some of the bacon, all of the bacon). The dough gets a healthy, healthy dose of bourbon. Then we fold it all together in a sweet, rich cookie dough. But did we stop there? No, we've stuffed it full of maple chocolate ganache, rolled it in maple sugar, drizzled it in maple icing and smothered it in candied bacon.
