This cookie is the leader of the troop (so to speak). Our popular Macadamia Nut cookie has become even more exotic. We switched the white chocolate chips for big chocolate chunks and added English toffee to the batter. Then we fill that delicious cookie full of soft and chewy caramel and top it with toasted coconut and bake to perfection. Last stop, we top it with a Girl Scout Samoa and drizzle the whole thing with chocolate. The best part, we use real Girl Scout cookies so every cookie goes to support the troop right here in beautiful Boone, NC.
